Each 30 minute training module engages the intellect, calms the mind, and restores balance to the body.

The Present Teacher Restoration ProjectTM is a research-based adult SEL curriculum with a systematic scope and sequence of interrelated topics and body-based experiences and practices that are designed to build off each other to cultivate teacher mental health, emotional intelligence, and spiritual resilience. For we know that when teachers are well, our students, communities, and schools thrive!
Integrating experiential learning, transformative SEL, adult learning theory, light yoga, neuroscience, and mindfulness-based practices, all our phenomenal school faculty, staff, and administration learn how to stoke their own social and emotional wellness while they learn how to navigate the cycle of well-being through the stressors of the profession.
In this 4 hour, self-pace engaging teacher professional learning experience, educators the art of metabolizing stress to stave off burnout, mitigate compassion fatigue and secondary trauma, and
their mental, emotional, and physical energy
stress and anxiety
their connection to their selves, students, and their calling to teach.
Given the many social factors that are creating a toxic stress impact for our educators, this 4 hour teacher SEL online training has been specifically customized to meet our teacher's mental health and emotional resilience needs for teaching during a global pandemic and renewed called for racial social justice.
Teachers earn 4 clock hours
*Upon engaging all 8 modules, a Certificate of Completion and detailed syllabus will be available to download and print from within the webinar platform. You are encourage you to check with your administration to determine if your participation will count toward continuing education requirements.
Provide teachers with research, strategies, and experiences rooted in mindful awareness for the deepening of self-awareness, emotional resilience, and self-compassion so that they can routinely adapt to the stressors of the profession in a functional and flexible way.
Teach teachers how to strategically access their inner resources of calm, resilience, and positivity for counteracting the onset and manifestation of burnout and emotional fatigue while increasing their innate capacity to actualize happiness, passion, and joy in their teaching and personal lives.
Cultivate the habits of mind and body to remain calm in chaotic teaching moments, see student behavior through the lens of compassion and curiosity, and leverage stress as prime opportunities to stoke core competencies of adult SEL and Well-Being.
